Nestled on a twelve acre farm, the villa totals 5000 square feet (about 500 square meters), with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as an outdoor pool and patio with a wood-burning oven and BBQ grill. Internet, phone service, and TV are available inside.
A full time housekeeper and gardener will ensure your stay is trouble free. A cook is available upon request.
A taxi to and from the airport or a rental car can also be arranged on request.

Activities
Activities

Activities on both land and sea abound in the area surrounding the villa. Water lovers can enjoy sport fishing, white water rafting, sea kayaking, jet-ski safaris, scuba diving and snorkeling tours. Dolphin watching and sunset cruises allow guests to relax while enjoying the water. Particularly famous for its waves, Costa Rica is also a favorite destination for surfers. Several of the closest beaches to the villa, such as Playa Avellana and Playa Negra, are well known for their surf breaks.
Land lovers will indeed find a rich land to discover and many ways to discover it, including canopy tours, hiking, and horseback riding, just to name a few. Bird watching is another favorite activity for visitors to this part of Costa Rica.

Weather:
Located close to the equator, Costa Rica is considered a tropical country with over twelve hours of sunshine per day throughout the entire year. While there is no real winter season, rain can fall from May to November, with September and October receiving the heaviest rain. The months of December through April are the dry season. December and January are high season.

  



How to reach the villa

The villa is located at Finca Canafistula, near San Jose de Pinilla.

To reach the villa by plane, you can fly into the Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport in Liberia and then drive 50 miles (80 km) to Santa Cruz and on to San Jose de Pinilla.

Another option is to fly into the Juan Santamaria airport in San Jose and take an internal flight to Tamarindo (about 40 min.) or drive. The drive from San Jose to Tamarindo takes about four hours.

Rental Terms

A 50% deposit is required to book. The balance is due 60 days prior to date of occupancy.

90% of the total is refundable provided the villa gets another booking for the same rental period.

A $1,000 security deposit is due one week before arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable upon checkout provided no damages have been incurred to the villa or its grounds.
